Days in Adelaide

Had dinner in Aunt and Uncle's house again!
He's a reallllly good cook.
Who says an accountant cant spice things up! :P

Preparing the feast!

Drank WHITE wine BEFORE dinner.

The roses from their front yard. Damn nice right!

Those are prunes. And then there's the Rosemarry (a type of herb). Both were put at the bottom of the pork when slow roasting it. Then they were taken out. And the remaining oil and residue was added with flour to make the gravy!
And the pork was back into the oven alone for more roasting! Yumyum

Setting the table.

Finally the meal is done!

Look at the amount of foooood!
OK so on the plate there's the slice of roasted pork which is THE best pork I've ever tasted!
It was slow roast then roasted in high temp towards the end. I think altogether roasted for 3 hours! The meat was ssooooo tender. And the skin crispy. VERY yummmmyyy.
Then there are peas, carrots, potato, prunes, sweet onions and pumpkin!
It may seem alot but it was basicallly alll vege except the pork.
So it was just nice :)
Then in the middle is tomato and zuccinni covered with bread crumbs (also baked).
And there's gravy and apple sauce to go with the pork.
What a dinner!
Aunty Mooi gave me one of the roses for my apartment. It slowly bloomed as the days go by.

VERY pretty.

First day of Orientation
Chicken!

One of the Uni Ade buildings.

And that's the Bonythone Hall.

Next to it is a huge piece of land. Where people can sit under the trees to relax.

Behind the statue is Elder Hall

That is the Business building across the road from the Bonythone Hall.

And furthere down is also another business building for Econs (if not mistaken)

Taking a taxi which was disguised as the City Loop as the buses were not in service

Happily on our way to Harbour Town! A place for shoppping!
Damn cheap branded stuffffff
